He’s baaaaack.

This Halloween, Bryan Koh returns to Senang Supperclub for a night of supernatural silliness—and a seriously gutsy menu. Inspired by the True Singapore Ghost Stories we all grew up reading under the covers, this tongue-in-cheek dinner pays tribute to that brand of local horror: spooky, campy, and just scary enough to make you smile.

But the real thrill is what’s on the table! In true Halloween spirit, this menu goes nose-to-tail—smoky, earthy, full-bodied and bold. It’s a confident, thoughtful feast that makes full use of every part, with flavour as the guiding force. Halloween is really just an excuse to be a little braver—and we invite you to come in the same spirit.
