A Southeast Asian Brunch with Bryan Koh

For the first time, Senang Supperclub is serving brunch.

We’re beginning with COAST, a relaxed Sunday gathering inspired by the morning markets and breakfast tables of Southeast Asia’s coastlines.

Built around a live noodle station and a generous communal spread of salads and small dishes, brunch unfolds a little differently from dinner. Wander up for another bowl. Try a little of everything. Settle in for a while.

Throughout the meal, Bryan will share the ingredients, techniques and stories behind the recipes, many shaped by communities that have long lived by the sea and the rhythms of its tides.

It’s a slower, lighter way to experience Senang Supperclub. Less about courses. More about gathering around the table, eating generously, and lingering a little longer on a Sunday morning.

Tickets are sold in pairs at SGD220 (SGD110 per guest).

Senang Supperclub is a private dining series devoted to regional cooking hosted at 94C Jalan Senang, in Kembangan.
