One more time—with feeling!

By popular demand, we’re bringing back Lunar—Bryan Koh’s seasonal dinner—for just one more night. First introduced in January, this menu features Let Sone Thoke, a Burmese noodle salad that’s tossed together at the table—a joyful, messy mix of crunch, softness, and zing. It’s our playful nod to lo hei, reimagined through a different lens.

Held on the 12th day of Lunar New Year, it’s a fitting way to round off the festivities—communal, celebratory, and full of flavour.

The rest of the menu continues Bryan’s ongoing exploration of Southeast Asian cooking, with returning favourites and a few new touches to mark the occasion.
