A new menu by Bryan Koh

We’re shaking things up this season with SISIRITSIT—a deeply personal menu by Bryan Koh, devoted to the flavours of the Philippines. It’s a cuisine close to his heart, and the subject of his very first cookbook, Milkier Pigs and Violet Gold, which went on to win Filipino Cookbook of the Year in 2014.

They say the best Philippine food is found in homes, and that’s exactly what we hope to share. Think generous, family-style dishes that feel both familiar and surprising—warming and rustic, yet layered with quiet sophistication. Served with a touch of theatre and a whole lot of heart.
