We’ve got someone new in the house!

For over two years, Senang Supperclub has been a one-chef show—held down lovingly by Bryan Koh. But now, we’re thrilled to welcome our second resident: Marcus Tan.

Together, we present Strictly Pasar—Marcus’ debut menu with us.

A self-taught cook who’s moved through everything from casual kitchens to acclaimed restaurants here and abroad, Marcus brings a quiet intensity to the way he works. Most recently, he was Group Executive Chef at Fool, Kotuwa, and Cloudstreet. His cooking is defined by restraint, clarity, and deep respect—for the ingredients, and for the eater.

For this menu, he turns to the wet market: that noisy, beloved heart of the neighbourhood. Think ingredient-led dishes that draw on everyday produce and market vernacular, reimagined with discipline, wit, and care.

The result? A meal that’s thoughtful, grounded—and, dare we say, surprisingly emotional.
