It’s a week to Valentine’s, and—spontaneously—we felt like doing something. Not exactly planned, just an urge to cook, to gather, to shake off the usual Valentine’s script and make space for something a little looser, a little freer, a little more fun.

So here we are, throwing together a special edition of Senang Supperclub. Bryan Koh is serving up flavours from across Southeast Asia—dishes never before seen at Senang, made just for the mood we’re in. Bring a friend, a lover, a plus-one of ambiguous status, or come solo—because love, in all its improvised forms, deserves a good meal.

Senang Supperclub is a dinner series devoted to regional cooking hosted at a private space at 94C Jalan Senang, in Kembangan.
